Spanish Community Care Association is a non-government, not-for-profit incorporated association working for the community.
Our mission is to provide a range of direct support services to elderly, disabled and disadvantaged members of the Spanish speaking community within the Sydney metropolitan area. Drawing on a rights-based approach, our services enable our clients to access vital benevolent, social and recreational support, while assisting their inclusion into the wider community.
Our programs and activities help to improve the quality of life of our clients by encouraging independence and healthy lifestyles. The SCCA actively encourages the support of Spanish speakers of diverse backgrounds through membership, volunteerism and donations.
What we do
Our direct support services are administered through a series of programs.
These programs are designed with an emphasis on those who are disadvantaged due to age, physical and mental disability, language and communication barriers, isolated and/or lonely clients with limited access to social and welfare support.

As a not-for-profit, non-government organisation, we rely predominantly on the support of our members’ donations to operate and provide services to them.
We are always open and appreciative of any generous donations to help us continue our work for our members and the community.
We are always looking for new bright volunteers, young or old, to support our members and our community, especially those who are Spanish-speaking.
Where to find us
Our office is based in Waterloo, Sydney. But the services we deliver go right to the door of our members.
Nosotros hablamos español.
